DakshAI™ is operated by IAI™ – Institute for Applied Intelligence (proprietor: Lalithamma), Bengaluru, India.
2. What we collect
Student name, class, stream, school/college, student mobile, parent/guardian name and mobile, target exams and dates, and practice activity (questions attempted, answers, scores, time taken, feedback).
3. Why
To create and secure accounts, personalise practice, show progress to the student and parent, send service messages, and improve DakshAI.
4. Children's data
Many users are under 18. We collect parent/guardian details at registration and use student data only to provide the learning service.
5. We never sell your data
We share it only with service providers needed to run DakshAI (hosting, payment processing) or when required by law.
6. Security
Secure servers with access controls. PINs and passwords are stored in encrypted (hashed) form. Payment details are handled by our payment partner, never stored by us.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data. We follow applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
8. Retention
Data is kept while the account is active and deleted on request, unless the law requires otherwise.
