2. 50% refund within 7 days
If you are not satisfied after paying, request a refund within 7 days of payment and we will refund 50% of the amount paid.

After 7 days from payment, no refund is available.
5. Refund timeline
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Plan access ends once the refund is processed.
6. Failed or duplicate payments
If money is deducted but the plan is not activated, or you are charged twice, we refund the full extra amount.
7. Cancellation
Plans do not auto-renew, so no cancellation is needed; access ends at the end of the plan period.
8. Combo and institutional plans
Combo and institutional plans follow the terms agreed at the time of purchase.
